No UT3 mods on 360 because MS fear losing control of Live
Mark Rein Co-founder of Epic games has said it is possible to get user created mods for Unreal Torunament, but MS haven't said if they will or won't let them yet. The reason for this was that Microsoft fears losing control of Xbox Live. An example mod that the 360 was capable of is being able to play your own music while you play the game.

Xbox rage child killer convicted of third-degree murder
Tyrone Spellman was found guilty yesterday of third-degree murder for killing his 17-month-old daughter in 2006 after she knocked over his Xbox. The Philadelphia Inquirer reports the jury reached the verdict after eight hours, adding that Spellman faces 23.5 to 47 years in prison. He has three prior drug convictions.
