Mark Rein Co-founder of Epic games has said it is possible to get user created mods for Unreal Torunament, but MS haven't said if they will or won't let them yet. Xbox rage child killer convicted of third-degree murder

I have been messing with different combinations and could never really leave steady aim out of any set-up. Once my aim got better, I found out I really didn't need steady aim as much and I could free up a perk slot. Xbox Live Downtime: Microsoft Says Sorry with Undertow
Earlier this month, Microsoft announced that all Xbox Live members (Gold and Silver) around the world would have access to a full Xbox Live Arcade game to download free of charge as a compensation for the issues the service experienced during the holiday break. Beginning next Weds, 2:00 a.m. PST through Sunday, 11:59 p.m. PST, Undertow is free.

Free Undertow Offered As Xbox Live Apology
Microsoft recently said that it would be giving Xbox Live users a free Arcade download as an apology for recent problems with the service. Today, the company announced on the Gamerscore Blog that the free game is the recently released underwater shooter, Undertow. The game usually sells for 800 Microsoft Points—about $10.

According to a post by fourzerotwo (Comm. Relations Mngr) from Infinity Ward, he states that "We ran into some bugs with the host migration and therefore required some tweaks and additional testing on said tweaks so the patch is still being worked on.
