Dead Silence and why you should try it

I have been messing with different combinations and could never really leave steady aim out of any set-up. Once my aim got better, I found out I really didn't need steady aim as much and I could free up a perk slot. So, the first thing I want to say is that if your aim is not great and you like steady aim, just use it until your aim gets better.
